Accessibility & Granular Permissions
Venyu Mail Discovery has three distinct levels of accessibility: Administrators (full access), Reviewers (monitoring rights for selected mailboxes), and End Users (Personal Archive option allows access to her/his own mailbox only).
Policy-Driven Retention & Destruction
Administrators set retention policies based on regulatory requirements or internal policies. Messages exceeding retention policies are automatically purged and destroyed.
Automated Legal Hold Enforcement
If your company is pending litigation, administrators can place legal holds on specific communications (defined by administrators). In addition, administrators and reviewers can easily exclude attorney-client privileged communications from e-discovery requests.
Full Audit Trail
Auditing activity of reviewers is logged to ensure that appropriate reviews are being conducted in accordance to policy or regulation.
Secure and Automated Message Capture
Automatically captures all messages that are sent or received without any user intervention and securely transmits them to geographically-dispersed commercial datacenters using TLS or VPN encryption. Datacenters are SAS 70 (Type II) audited and tamper-proof WORM storage is also available.
End User Personal Archive (Optional)
End Users can access, search, and restore their personal messages. A plug-in creates a new folder in Outlook, providing end users quick, easy, and seamless access to their full archive. Reduce your on-premise email storage needs by using your email archive to access historical email.
