Executive Leadership
Bud Stoddard / President & Chief Executive Officer - Founder
Bud Stoddard has over 25 years of experience in the information
management and data protection Industry. A serial
entrepreneur, Mr Stoddard has founded and managed three
successful companies in Information management and
protection starting with MicroMedia, an imaging scanning
company that continues today as the most prominent company
in its space in the Northeastern United States. Stoddard
then founded DataVault Corporation, protecting mission
critical data in an underground missile site in New England,
one of the only facilities of its kind in the United States.
After selling DataVault to Iron Mountain and joining their
executive team as Vice President, Mr. Stoddard returned to
his entrepreneurial roots to form AmeriVault in 1998.
AmeriVault was one of the industry pioneers in online backup
protection and has subsequently become a market leader.
Mr. Stoddard is a graduate of the University of
Massachusetts in Amherst and Bentley College in Waltham,
Massachusetts. Stoddard is the proud father of three
children.
Kevin Harris / Vice President & Chief Technology Officer -
Co-Founder
As
co-founder of AmeriVault, Kevin Harris has created and now
directs all technical operations and service delivery for the
company. Before founding AmeriVault, Mr. Harris was responsible
for network operations for the New England Controls Division of
Johnson Controls, a multi-billion dollar corporation, with
worldwide leadership in two businesses: automotive systems and
building controls.
Prior to that, he was a network systems engineer at Beth Israel
Hospital in Boston, one of the region’s largest healthcare
providers. Mr. Harris is a graduate of the University of
Massachusetts in Management Information Systems.
Thomas Spencer / Chief Financial Officer
Thomas
Spencer brings more than 20 years of financial management
experience gained in public and private technology firms and
directs all aspects of the company's financial operations. Mr.
Spencer has been successful in adding value to organizations by
playing a pivotal role in raising capital, integrating
acquisitions, and achieving and sustaining profitability.
Most recently, Mr. Spencer served as Vice President of VidSys,
Inc., an early stage video management software company based in
Marlboro, MA. Prior to that, Mr. Spencer held executive and
senior management positions at Aether Systems, Inc., Create!form
International, Marcam Solutions, Inc., Parametric Technology
Corporation, Perseptive Biosystems, Inc., Atex Publishing
Systems Corporation, and NEC Information Systems, Inc. Mr.
Spencer holds a BSBA from Salem State College and an MBA in
Finance from Northeastern University.
Bob Wojnowski / Vice President of Sales
With
20 years of sales experience in the information management
industry, Bob Wojnowski has held executive positions at Konica
and the Spaulding Company. As a Business Development Executive
at Konica, he was responsible for the introduction of digital
copiers on clients’ networks, and he worked with resellers to
market Konica’s line of digital products.
Prior to Konica, Mr. Wojnowski was Sales Manager at the
Spaulding Company, in charge of the reselling of products from
3M Company, Xerox and Polaroid. Mr. Wojnowski is a graduate of
the University of Southern Maine, with a degree in Business
Management.
