Quick & Easy Setup

It only takes the install of one client to backup multiple servers and workstations. Since an agent is not required on your servers, AmeriVault-AV does not affect server performance - saving valuable space and processing power.

The central interface is installed on one or more workstations to configure retention schedules and other backup settings. Next, a full backup is performed via Internet or private line to a Mass Storage Vault - or, for larger volumes, a Mobile Vault portable disk device may be used.

Once the initial full backup is completed; only changed data is deduplicated, compressed, and encrypted before being pushed outbound and secured in our world-class datacenters. Since changed data typically represents only a fraction of native data, backup times are greatly reduced through delta block processing, deduplication, and compression.
