Optional registration: Several AmeriVault sites offer free, voluntary registration to users. During registration the user has the option of supplying a first name, last name, email, and password. In addition, the user will be automatically subscribed to AmeriVault electronic newsletters.

Electronic Newsletters (Dispatches): AmeriVault gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe by registering with us on demos, downloads and other various signup/registration forms. Users may remove themselves (Opt Out) from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page.
